Certificate Terms

Certificate only valid per the conditions listed below and the special conditions provided by this restaurant.

• Limit one certificate per visit (For Restaurants: Limit One per table regardless of how many people)
• Charitydine.com certificates may not be combined with other certificates, promotions, or coupons.
• Certificates cannot be applied to taxes or gratuity.
• Charitydine.com certificates may not be redeemed for cash or credit or unspent balances.
• For Restaurants: Valid for dine in only unless stated otherwise.
• Neither Charitydine.com nor the merchant is responsible for stolen or previously validated certificates.
• Once a Certificate is purchased it cannot be refunded, unless the merchant has closed prior to the expiration of the certificate.
• Chairtydine.com certificates may be exchanged within 90 days for alternative certificate of identical value.
• Certificates may not be used once already validated and will be deemed void if not used in accordance with policy.
• Redemption of a Charitydine.com certificate must be in Accordance with all posted terms and conditions.
• Charitydine.com certificates are valid for 90 days from date issued unless otherwise stated.
• Certificates that expire may be extended at the discretion of CharityDine.com.
