It has been a dream of Chef Christian to eventually open his own restaurant and while already gainfully employed, there was always an excuse or reason not to do it. Then the "bad economy " happened and like so many we became victims of "cut backs". And here we are now with a beautiful restaurant with outstanding food and a great atmosphere...just like we imagined.
Meet the Business Owner: Christian A.
Christian is plainly a very modest, extremely talented French Chef. He was born in Nice, France and went to school there for classic French cuisine training. His extensive career included some of Europe's finest Hotels and Clubs. He worked at the Loew's Hotel in Monaco, Le Meridian in Nice and the Carlton-Intercontinental in Cannes, France. He worked for the Hyatt Hotels in Rabat and Casablanca, Morocco and did a training/study with them in Kuala Laimpur. In 1993, here in the United States, Christian started as the Executive Sous Chef at the Westin- Copley Square in Boston then moved on to the Ritz-Carlton as Executive Chef in Dearborn, MI. Next was Executive Chef at The Brown Palace Hotel in Denver, CO. then here to Florida and for the past 10 years as the Executive Chef at Harbour Ridge YCC in Palm City. This restaurant has been a dream for Christian and now a reality.
