"Javi" has been a Spanish Culinary Expert for over 30 years. He attended La Escuela Superior de Hosteleria in Zarautz, Guipuzoca, Spain where he received award-winning degrees in Gastronomia y Artes Culinarias (Professional Culinary Arts.) His forte in cuisine is Mediterranean, Italian, French, Basque, Tapas and his most loved passion Spanish. Throughout his years of experience he has worked at many notable restaurants and hotels as an executive chef. The list includes Forno of Spain- Newark, NJ; Aria Hotel and MGM Resorts International- Las Vegas, NV; and the Foutainebleau- Miami, FL to name a few. Javi is the Resident Executive Chef at Tapeo and has help create the vast menu of indulgence that you will keep coming back for more. He is looking forward to bringing you his take on flavor and flair.

"Carlos" started working in restaurants since age 14. He has built and managed several successful Spanish restaurants in the last 25 years and his goal has always been to have his own restaurant in a busy and up and coming area where he can bring a culinary experience like no other. The last 34 years have paved the way for Tapeo. Carlos is going to bring his guests all types of Spanish Tapas, Seafood, Meats and Paellas. His concept of bringing Spanish Entertainers such as a singer, guitarist and Flamenco show direct from Spain will offer the West Palm Beach area and an excitement and atmosphere no one has ever offered.
