In the event that you have a certificate for a closed restaurant, simply contact customer service and you will receive a credit of the face value of the certificate that may be used for the exchange of another certificate of equal face value. Ex/You would like to exchange a certificate with a face value of $50 for another certificate with the same face value of $50.
